Is it possible to get a late start?

Apologies if this is not the right place. I like to do the classic build a club and vary the types of clubs I like to play, usually in Europe. I was just wondering if there are any already made save files where someone has managed to sim ahead 10/15 years with all the leagues loaded or with the ability to be loaded so that someone can "start" the game in the future where all the scouting is brand new, regens etc. I did try last night starting unemployed and just holidaying but even on my PC which is not too bad spec wise, it took nearly an hour to holiday ahead to the end of August 2021 from a June start date. Just curious if anyone had done the same and if there were any ready to go save files in a similar vein as I'm not sure I could leave my PC on for a week straight to get to 2026, let alone 2031.

So are only wanting the European Leagues?

Preferably all the leagues, or the ability to add the other leagues after loading up if possible
