Selling players in the BSN

Hi, any advice on how to get rid of deadwood players in the BSN?
I am managing Alfreton in the BSN (now in the BS Premier).

If any team dosnen't want my players and there are dreadfull then I usually realase them on free and no matter what team I am managing.

Selling players is difficult at the beginning of the game and theres always loads of deadwood at lower league teams. If you can't sell them see if you can mutually terminate their contract, if you don't mind the pay out then release them on a free, otherwise you'll have to wait until the end of their contract.
