Changed Potential Ability

Hi all.
I am playing with Wrexham in 2030, and i got this newgen called Hichem Zekri, whos have bin in the club for a year. In Genie Scout his PA changed for the better, from like 158 to 185, but i have never seen it happen before. Is there anybody out there who have tried it before or know how it happened.

It is possible, but very rare scenario. Can be dropped as well.
