Managers Reputation

My managers reputation was Continetal before I played my first game with Nieciecza in Champions League and after then match was World Class. I was wondering why?

P.S. my team won that game 5-0

champions league is a high repped league, your team that isnt known as a big team manages a big win in CL. automtically it catches peoples eyes=increase in reputation.
