can somebody help me. plzz
maybe being to light on them during teamtalks? or not fining players when they warrent it?
After a player gets a red card and you don't warn/fine him, some players might complain about lack of discipline. I just always give a warning and no one ever got mad at me for it, so I guess that works best. I usually have a hard time seeing from the match simulation how bad the foul was, so I just always give a warning and no one ever got mad at me for it. I guess that works best.. But if you're sure the player did something he shouldn't have, you could give a fine and save some money for your club

Yeah I agree with Zonnegod, giving a warning it's the safest way to keep both the players getting the card and the squad happy, but if you notice that the incident tends to repeat fine him 2 weeks wage, usually all straight red cards worth the 2 week wage fine, but I don't do it when they were in position of last defender.
With each red card you should always give at least a warning. If its a second yellow sending off give a warning, a straight red = fine a weeks wages, straight red and has already been sent off this season = fine two weeks wages. This plan has never gone wrong for me.
red card -> 2 weeks salary cut
second yellow for argueing with the ref -> 1 week salary
otherwise just warnings.
