I am just wondering if anybody has got any tips on tactics, signings or finance infomation on luton town football club in the blue square bet premier.

PLAYER SIGNINGS
Starting with Alfreton I had what I thought was a nice transfer budget. However, I was unable to attract any "quality" players to the club.
So, I then attempted to sign free (unattached) players. Even this proved difficult because no player would sign unless I could afford his minimum wage LOL.
So, I went to Search|Players, and I asked my assistant to filter unrealistic options. Those players that remain are the pool you can sign from.
I then used FMRT to trawl through all of that. Of course with FM Genie all of this would be much quicker.
STAFF SIGNINGS
Don't sign unnecessary staff. Have at least an assistant manager, and a physio.
All others will drain your transfer budget and add to the wage budget.
PLAYERS I SIGNED IN THE BSN
I don't know if they will be available because they might have been computer generated players.

Shore up the defence and the midfield with strong players that can head, tackle and mark (at least 9 or 10).
And sign a half decent goalie.
