Hello, does anyone knows a software/editor which allows you to see the potential full developed attributes of your players?
Sort of, what the player could become under the right conditions?
FM Genie Scout had this option for each player, but I know that the software is currently unavailable.
Thank you, all, for your help.
There multiple ways. Some custom skins allow you to see the CA-PA numbers. In-Game Editor is an option as well.

PS. A high PA player does not mean will be reach his full PA.

A good guide about CA can be found here: https://www.fmscout.com/a-guide-to-current-ability-in-football-manager.html?pg=0

Thank you, fc.cadoni.
I don't know how to see the full potential attributes in the in-game editor, if someone, can show/send a print screen, I would much appreciate it.
I know that it is possible to see the CA/PA values (did not know there are skins showing that),but I am interesting in seeing the potential attributes, because, if I am not mistaken, a player's any given attribute can reach only a maximum value, pre-seted, when the player is generated in game. Of course, this value is dependent on the position of the player and its PA, but two strikers with PA 195 have different maximum values for Driblling, Finishing or Pace depending on the maximum pre-seted value when the player was generated.
While I am aware that a player can reach only rarely its full maximum attributes, I would like to see its best possible image.

- If you click on pencil when you watching a player profile, you will get the option to see "Edit Profile". From there you can see CA, PA, Fatigue and other hidden attributes.

- What you are searching it's on the link I have send you. Attributes Weights for each position. Decisions for example, in GK is 10.0 means that is very high cost CA numbers. Let's say you have a GK with 15 in decisions, his CA is 100 and PA 110. In order to reach higher number from 15 in Decision; have to decrease some other attributes to make a room for go 16 or higher. So, in order to achieve this other factors plays as well. These are from his ambition, professionalism and determination, his age (24 and higher player progression is slower or not at all), coaching, facilities etc.

These numbers from that table about weighting, it's coming from Pre-Game Editor.
