Failed to load football manager data - could not find a compatible FM version - help please

Hi, can anyone help, ive loaded FM and when i went to load the FMSE 22 editor im getting the following error message -

Failed to load football manager data - could not find a compatible FM version

Can someone help,

FM was updated.

Tool needs to be updated. Author has been alerted. When tool is updated, redownload it.
