My experience in FM is less than 1 year old when I started in FM21 touch and then FM22
My football knowledge is big, but my FM knowledge is small, but I will try to not to be embarrassed
By my tactic anyway I will have some rules for this save
Rule 1 I can only use 1 tactic my 5-1-2-2 WB ROUTE ONE but every year I can change 1 position for example LWB to LB or ST to CAM
Rule 2 I have to stay at a club for 5 years at minimum (unless I get fired )
And rule 3 national only players for example in Germany only Germans

Update september 2 2021
Well that was interesting my season start was full of up’s and down’s it starts with a 3-0 loss to Zurch
In a friendly but then the liga 3 starts with 3 wins in a row a 2-0 win vs BVB II a 2-1 win @ vikoria Köln and a 2-0 vs Meppen we were 1st but then 3 loss in a row 1-2 @ Branchweng 2-3 viktoria 1899
And 1-3 @ Kaiserslautern we were 1 vs 2 Branchweng and since we are not good we are according to the media we are to finish 15t h the transfer window was quiet where only winger Johan Gómez was loaned to Phoenix Rising FC

Update November 1, 2021
Well this ls is bad I won 1 of 6 (2-1 vs Verl ) from September to mid-October and lost all the rest including 1-4 vs TSV München , 1-2 losses vs SCF II and VFL Osnabruck 0-1 to Halle and 0-2 vs Duisburg but just won 2 in a row first time since the beginning of the season with a 4-0 thrashing of Mannheim and a 2-1 win vs Havelse
My tactic a 5-1-2-2
Witch I can only change 1 move one position par season. But I do not know what to change

update January 1 2022
better this is the moto for November and December after a good end of October November started with a win @ Wiesbaden 3-1 then a last min 2-1 loss to Magdeburg 1-2 and a last min 2 all drew to turkucu München in December 2-0 vs Saarbrucken then a 2-3 loss to Wurzburger and a 0-0 to BVB II then is the winter break
my transfer plan for the next window is end of contracts and free transfers

where do I start 3 Losses in a row to start January before a 0-0 to top of the league and then beet Viktoria 1889 2-1 and in February 2 1-0 wins vs Kaiserslautern and Verl loss to TSG München and a draw to Halle in march 2 losses to SCF II and VFL Osnabruck
