Don't set your hopes too high, it will perhaps be around midnight even later at your place when it's uploaded =)
It won't be released around midnight because this is when the scheduled weekly server backup begins and everything will be slow after midnight for about 2-3 hours. I'm afraid we will face downtime anyway after release, but let's be optimistic.
A likely time for release should be around 17:00 to 18:00 (GMT+2) how I see it. In case of downtime, I'll post download links on our facebook page and our twitter profile, so make sure you follow us there too.
