I need some tips about how to get great regen players coz i've been playin with Hajduk Split for 6 season's and i didn't get even one great regen! I got good youth coaches and also Top training and State of art facilities!
You should talk to Hajduk board so they start planning a Youth Recruitment Network, so you can have regens from around the world, this should raise your chances of getting good regens.
There's a thing I do to my teams, I don't know for sure if it works but I aways do: I set a very high standard selection of youth players. I always release every youth player my coaches gives no more than 3 stars for Potential Ability. As I said, I'm not sure if it works or the Youth Recruitment Network and improvements of Youth Facilities combined together that really do the thing, but I aways get some 1 or 2 regens with 3 stars for PA each season.
