Cathcart Goes For It!

Jack Cathcart, the new tangerines manager, has reviled that he was delighted to be the Blackpool manager. Cathcart is only 28 years of age and having experience of being the Scotland U15 manager leading them to 8 victories and no defeats before being signed as the new youth coach of Oxford United being there for 2 years before moving back up north to manage Highland league champions Buckie Thistle, winning the Highland 3 times in a row and now he moves back down south to Blackpool. Just have a look at his profile.

Name: Jack Cathcart
Age: 28
Past Experience: Scotland U15 manager, Buckie Thistle manager, Oxford United youth coach.
Awards: Highland League x3
Nationality: Scottish

So Cathcart will be looking to hit the ground running with his pre-season matches.
Cathcart seems to have made a big leap lol . . . good luck mate :)
good luck
Good luck mate, try to be better than real life Blackpool! That is a challenge!
I've been playing football manager since September and I thought I was a really good manager until I read stories on this and other websites and really did just see how bad I was doing compared to them. So I'm hoping to to really start trying harder and trying to impress. So don't be expecting really shocking results and cup runs but expect good transfer moves as that is my speciality. So thanks for the encouraging comments.
i'm the same dude, though i have been playing longer i never realised how bad i actually was till i read like evo's and others stories, just do your best and that will impress most :)
July Update

Pre-Season Matches

Blackpool 4 V 1 Reserves
Nice start to my carrer. Lovely goal from DJ Campbell as he finishes a well timed move. Alexis John-Baptiste scores a header from a corner. Ormerod scores goal of the match from a cross from Grandin. Disaster from Breakell as he scores OG with no pressure. Finally Rob Edwards score from a corner for the Reserves.
Oxford Utd 1 V 2 Blackpool
Macheda opens scoring from 6 yards out with a header. Oxford bounce back after half-time with Midson scoring the goal. Almond scoring goal of the match with a lovely diving header.
Blackpool 0 V 2 Leeds
First lost as manager with 2 beautiful goals from Leeds.
Linfield 1 V 4 Blackpool
Martin, Ormerod, Adam and Macheda all scoring for Blackpool while Stephen Cleary with the only goal for Linfield.
Rhyl 0 V 2 Blackpool
Varney and DJ Campbell with the goals and DJ scored the penalty.
Yeovil 0 V 5 Blackpool
Fantastic 5 as Ormerod scores and Al-Qahtani scoring a double. Granding and Almond also scoring.
Torquay 0 V 3 Blackpool
Guy Branston with an own goal to start the game. DJ Campbell also scoring while Al-Qahtani scores again.
