Sugestion: More direct transfers negotiations

The ideia concerns the tranfers of players.

The game has implemented the concept of "direct negotiatons" with offering players new contracts, as they can "ask" more from the club.
Why not implement this same concept with the tranfers, for instance:
my players as the value of 5 million, some clubs are interested, i ask for him around 10 million, this way the interested clubs or accept or reject the "offer", but if instead of them rejecting the proposal, why not making an counter-offer, imagine they can reach up to 8 or 9 million.

This is what happens in real life negotiations, when there is real interest, they try to work it out.
