I'm after a bit of what would you do advice, please. I'm currently at Portsmouth and have been for 2.5 years, winning League 1 and now 2nd in the Championship at New Year in our 1st season following promotion. A good squad is being built with the league's top scorer, top-rated, etc., and I've just been offered the Rangers job. Do I take it and stand a good chance of winning some trophies then moving to a bigger league a la Stevie G or stick it with Pompey and rise to the Premiership with them? Bearing in mind I'm playing a kinda non-league to legend journeyman save. What would you do?
