Relagation Fight

Yes as my Stevenage team won promotion from english L2 to L1, i now find myself in a relagation battle. Does anyone have any tips to help me fight this battle that is at times pushing me to shout at my players and relagate half the squad to the reserves!

Changing tactic a little? When I changed a tactic a little then my players like started to play better.

I tried swapping and changing but had bad results so I went back to the tactic that won me promotion which appears to give me a bit better results but this is right hard to know what is the best course of action and worst still the players i relagated to the reserves said they prob deserved it - that didn't help as it was meant to be a punishment for not playing well.

Maybe sign 1 or 2 better players but I don't know if that would help.

I could try but i would be looking at selling first as my wage budget ok but not far enough under to keep my finacial rating on me profile at 91 per cent(dont wanna lose that) and i would be looking at free signings and I have already used the loan market for my best for and cover for def.

Shame that I can't tell you good defenders exepct maybe for Emmanuel Anafri which players some team from Ghana and he is RB and I bought him for 0 + 50% for next transfer. He is 23 at start of the game

Search for loan players.
Let your Assistant Manager filter out those that would not be interested to join you.
Offer zero wages, zero fees, until the end of the year to those that are then listed.
