I noticed that every time i play my own managerial mental abilities change the same way, my financial control is always high also my club/player loyalty, squad discipline and tactical consistency rises but hands on approach and domestic player bias always go down, why?

And btw what is hands on approach and domestic player bias anyway?
player bias is like when you favour or single out players for praise or when the team plays bad u slag em' off and den say he played amazing i think? and ye what is hands on approach?
domestic player bias is how much 'look' you have at the domestic players.

if u are in control of a english team and have a team full of french and other nationalities then u arent that good of a "domestic player manager thing".

and if u have players in ur shortlist that are foreign players that affects it as well.

i usually have at least 13 in domestic player bias, i usually have at least half of my squad from the same nation. because i usually play with a english team i have it easy to have good english players.

and hands on approach i think is about how u approach players, if u approach them personally or you are public with everything etc etc.
like if u praise certain players, and if u show interest in players etc etc etc etc etc.
Hands on approach is how much do you get personally involved as a manager. It should go up if you arrange your friendly matches and don't leave that kind of stuff to your assistant. You should also have your own training schedule and etc.
