I just bought the license for the scout editor, but its not clear where how to register my license,

I think this is for FM 22, because i cant find this:
To open the registration window, click the FMSE menu (blue "File" option, top left corner) and select "Options". Then go to the "Registration" tab.
The registration window is nowhere to be found
Anyone who can help me?
