How to save and load tactics on MAC

Hello,
New FM 23 player here.
I have a MAC and have struggled to save and then locate tactics to use in the game.
I have followed a few different guides found on YouTube and other places and it is not working for me.
I am creating a folder in Library/Application Support/Sports Interactive/Football Manager/tactics
and saving them there but there is nothing in this folder when I look in the game when trying to load a tactic.
Is there a guide / assistance available please?

I have a similar issue with Mac and Steam, where tutorials show how to use downloaded logos or faces, the thing is that they don't show. Check my reply here https://www.fmscout.com/q-24318-Player-Graphics-Steam-Deck.html#290281

So I believe for Mac/Steam version the folder structure should be different than it was in the previous years.
