Russia unban European Football

Hello, Im wondering how to unban Russia from European football like.
I wanted to start a save at Russia but it would be more nice if I can play European football.

I looked in the pre editor ingame but i couldn't find nothing.

So please help a man out

There is a database update in Steam Workshop called "Russia Back to International Comp"

It essentially moves clubs and leagues out of Russia and into the Soviet Union. It then renames the USSR to make it look the modern Russia.

From what I can tell reading in the community, Russia's ban is hard-coded and unbanning it is impossible without workarounds.
