So I was struggling to get custom badges or faces, because tutorials say to put it under /Users/USER_NAME/Library/Application Support/Steam/steamapps/common/Football Manager 2023
and put logos, or photos or tactics there, but it didn't work. I did put them under deeper folder in /Users/USER_NAME/Library/Application Support/Steam/steamapps/Football Manager 2023/data/game/ and it worked! Just still add there the graphics folder and logos if you are using logos etc - this part from tutorials still seems to hold.
