Role Instructions / Player Traits

Does anyone know of an online resource that lists what player traits line up with which role instructions?

I know some are straight forward like "moves in channels", there is a player trait of the same name. There are some that don't seem to have a direct link, like "take more risks" doesn't have an obvious player trait. Is this "tries killer balls often" or "tries long range passes" or does it somehow work with both?

Click on Central Defense Roles for example. You will see DC Roles and their complementary - contrasting traits per role.
