PL and FA cup icons not visible with any skin help?

Hi All

I have all the face packs and logos installed but for some reason in think its down to both of the fa cup and prem logos are white on white background, is there a work around for this ?

Also, when players are getting sent off I see a name like Frank Dauwen or something, is this a known problem ?
