XML Parsing error fix?

Hey guys I keep getting an XML parsing error that reads:

XML parsing error!: no element found at line 1 of settingd/fm-widgets

error offset invalid - corrupted buffer?

AMDPowerXpressRequestHighPerformance(0)

I did try to install a custom skin but deleted it because it started giving me this error. I have already deleted the preference and cache to try and fix it as well as reinstalling the game. I am on steam if that helps.

Same problem after game update to 0.9.267.0 on xbox version.

Delete Sports Interactive folder from %appdata%
Delete Sports Interactive folder from Documents (copy on desktop the files which you want to keep)
Verify Files on Steam
