I will try to ask this question clearly, though it is a little complicated in my mind.
You hire a new HOYD after youth intake day.
The next season or 2 are youth intake players his, or the previous HOYD's? - since they enter your academy system YOUNG.
Because I upgraded my HOYD with Driven personality, and his first 2 classes have been filled with "unambitious" players. They are 15-16, so they may belong to the previous HOYD, and I won't see this guys players until year 3?
I am ready to fire this guy (Nick Cox ENGLAND, who is supposed to be pretty good), but I may be jumping the gun.
I have all the other bases covered as best as I can - Superb Youth facilities, Exceptional youth recruitment and junior coaching.
Scouts, coaches and other staff members - a lot of positive personalities, and the worse personality any of them have is "Balanced".
Thanks for any help or thoughts. I have read a lot of info on HOYD's and YI and this topic never came up in any of them.
