Have pay the money, but have not receive license email

Hi, I have to pay the money at Christmas for FMSE23.
but have not received any license email.
please help.

Have you received it now?

The license is delivered automatically after successful payment.

The only possible reasons for that not to happen are:
- FastSpring denied payment or risk assessing it
- Typo in the email address (most common reason)
