youth training schedule

Hi does anyone have a training schedule for youth players I can install into my game for FM23 I am struggling with how to set up so hoping someone has developed a schedule I can use?

Attacking, Defending and Physical training routines every day will suffice with one day of rest during the week and obviously a match day. No need for match tactics etc. Also set automatic rest to no pitch or gym work except for full condition at normal intensity
