Hi! This is probably not the first time a thread like this have been created so I apologize in advance for those who might find it irritating..!
But..
My DoF is responsible for signing youth players but he doesnt seem to sign anyone above three stars in PA. Ive read somewhere that he only signs youth according to my teams average CA. But that seems very strange. I believe every DoF would try to sign as good youth players as possible. So I would expect it possible to instruct him to only sign players with a minimum of four stars in PA (for example).
Anyone who knows??
