[updated] Missing downloads

I had made some edits to the descriptions of league databases earlier in the week, correcting a link as Patres pointed out I had included some of his kits in an external link in an earlier version.

That was resolved last week, then I further edited the download descriptions this week (Saudi, San Marino, Qatar, UAE) to include an external link so users could download their own kits from FM Slovakia. I suggested this to Patres and haven't heard any objections so I think they're fine with it.

Just wanted to make sure the downloads didn't get flagged and stuck in moderator purgatory over the week. Thanks

After I updated the descriptions these disappeared (as expected for the mod queue), but I haven't seen them in several days and just wanted to make sure they weren't flagged or anything, cheers lads
