The Big Who To Manage-thread

Since I haven't seen any Who to manage-thread on the site, I thought I'd start one myself.

Do you need input on to manage? Are you constantly starting with new teams, only to never finish pre-season? Are you searching for that special team or that nearly impossible challenge? Then ask for advice down below.

If you have some idea as to what kind of team you want to manage, use the format down below to set certain criteria for your requests.

League/nation/region:
Economy:
Type of challenge:

or any other criteria that comes to mind...

And do try to come up with an explanation for why people should go for this or that team.

I'll start this thread off myself:

I am looking for a team in

League/nation/region: Any of the top six leagues in Europe
Economy: Dont need that much money as long as there's a few players to cash in on
Type of challenge: Preferably a team in the lower half that hasn't won anything before, and with a couple of decent youngsters to develop
