Job Offers While Employed

I'm interested in doing a journeyman where I only switch jobs when approached. No applying or declaring interest allowed. Is this actually possible? Will bigger clubs proactively seek me out if I'm doing a good job with my current club?

If you overachieve, then bigger clubs will offer you a job. It depends what language you speak as well, your reputation and other factors.
