Problem with downloads

Hi, having problem with downloading tactics. Go to load tactic and get Location showing as Desktop with lower lines stating D: and D: Unable to open anything. Have tried re installing but unchanged. Thanks in advance.

Double click in D: or C: until you find and reach the Documents/Sports Interactive/Football Manager 2023/tactics folder.

Thanks but double click leads to menu without this choice. Not in programme files.
