1: How do i create a new player ?

2: How do i give a player a workpermit ?

you can't create a player in FMRTE.

you have to use the editor that comes with the came to create players.

you cant give a player work permit, but u can make him a eu-national or what u call it.

You could change deteals of the person in FMRTE and as RedArmy said you could give him eu-national to avoid work promit.

Once you have the player at your club, you can offer him a new contract, if/when he accepts he will have his work permit.
