Just wondering how people find it managing international teams?

I managed Nigeria after they had a poor African Nations and after two years i won them the tournament in 2010. Has anyone else manged on the International scene?
It's okay, I took over Ghana after the African Nations Cup and managed to get them to the world cup but couldn't be arsed with the game anymore. :dozingoff

I find it annoying that the fans don't like you when you've only just taken over the team because they had a poor tournament. It's not my fault!
I had Argentina just b4 the world cup (2010) and went on to win it (the final was a poor 1-0 against Italy) winning a world cup did wonders for my prestige, I got offers from Roma, A.C Milan and Barcelona (the board had finally got some sense into them to fire Rijkaard)

I don't dare enter the international fold at the moment, I'm having too much fun being a club manager tbh... Maybe later on in my career.
i managed sweden, i was bored after a while and cheated...but then got even more bored and deleted it.

dont like to manage international on FM tbh. not the same thing as managing club

That's purely because there is less to do as in club management - I only ever did international management on FM whilst in a club job.

I dunno why anyone would start a FM game only to do international management...

i managed Englaind then Spain while i was in club management as while..but its just to increase my rep, after a while it gets boring coz u gotta play international games in between club matches..and if u lose easy games ur fans will start to dislike u..lol

In FM 07 I disliked national management because it interfered with club management.

If I lost a club match before going into national management it would piss me off and affect national game - and I think that is why I staying out of International management thus far...
It's boring, man...you must wait for months till you can play some football and then match finally arrives and again you must wait for months for another match... thats wasting time...
personaly i find managing clubs more interesting...
or you could manage a club and a national team at the same time
Did that... Still not that fun... can't concentrate on both things at the same time...

when i manage a club, i conceder the national team just a bonus, a chance to play at the european championship ant world cup.
my personal opinion is that its fun to manage a club and a national team at the same time
