access violation at address 00B24500 in module FMGenieScout.exe. Read of address 000000078

Hi, installed the new public Genie Scout and when I try to open the programme I get the error message "access violation at address 00B24500 in module FMGenieScout.exe. Read of address 000000078"

Has anyone else encountered this or know how to rectify?

Eugene suggested to try a reinstall.

If that doesn't do the trick, perhaps try pausing your antivirus during GS installation.
