How to import shortlist

I search for hours, check massive amount of players and create my team of 22 players. Add those players to shortlist and save my shortlist.fmf on my desktop and "Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2023\shortlists". But looks like there is no way to import-load that saved shortlist.

There are 3 options for "My Shortlist" tab.

1-Load Players List: otomatically, without asking, marks whole available players as shortlist
2-Import Players List: add whole available players to your currently active shortlist from your game.
3-Save Shortlist: save your shortlist that no way to use-load-import again.

So, I still have that 22 players of my shortlist. How can I read it?

I assume you are making a shortlist in FM Genie Scout and wanting to import it into FM23.

If so, you Save Shortlist and give it a name. It should save in the Shortlist directory of your FM23 game as per your post.

Go to Scouting and click on the Shortlist tab. There should be a settings type wheel on the top right. Click the dropdown beside it and then Load Shortlist. All of your named Shortlists should be there.

I tend to resave it in FM23 as something else as sometimes the GS Shortlists drop out after a while for some reason.

Is it possible to Export a shortlist from genie scout, and later on, import it from a file directly from genie, without need to have the shortlist loaded into FM23
