team Reputation

Hello, am playing with AIK in the highest swedish leauge (allsvenskan)
and i have won the leauge 6 years in a row, got to the champions leauge group stage 5 out of 6 times, got threw the group stage 3 out of 5 times and i am ranked 40 in the world but my reputation is still 3 stars and thats what the team starts with... why isnt my reputation going up ? shouldnt i be ATLEAST 3.5 star ?

so am i doing anyting wrong ?

and i have update everyhing i can in the club, like traing and youth academi and stuff like that and the leauge allsvenskan started at 24 now it is ranked 8 in the world

Did the same with IFK Göteborg, players still going to teams i never heard of for half the wages.......

It takes a long time for your reputation to catch up with your performances unfortunately. If you're starting out in the lower leagues you're talking dozens of seasons before it'll catch up. For example in my save we're the 19th ranked league reputation wise in Europe, I've pretty much consistently made the Champions League group format for the past 9 seasons in a row, we've even made the Quarter Finals twice and the Last 16 three times but we're still only a 3* club. I will say though it will eventually start to increase, all you can really do is continue to be as successful as possible and make sure to take up any opportunity to sign high rep players/staff if the opportunity comes about.

In order to increase reputation, you need to win EU cups as well. Your club reputation does not increase if you upgrade training or youth facilities.
