Does anyone know where I can find a real-time save with up to date results?

I've been looking everywhere to find a real time save to jump in to the current prem season and try save my club from relegation, but I can't seem to find this anywhere.

I saw exactly this concept on Twitter a couple of weeks ago, but now I can't find the thread but I feel like something similar must exist somewhere. Has anyone seen anything like this?

So I think that one is just the real fixures but you start in pre season as normal... I'm looking for one where I can take over in GW34 (or as close to as possible). I've definitely seen one somewhere earlier in the season around GW28/29 but lost the thread and now can't find anything similar

i think if you scroll down you can find the custom start date. i think that would load the league in the middle of the season
