pre concern, feel like a need a new contract.
Does anyone have an idea how to deal with this when your whole first team squad has same pre concern?
Do you wait until they actually ask for a new one?
Or just give them a new one when you see the pre concern?
Seems to happen way too regularly with players who are on long term contracts. They never see out a 4 of 5 year contract, always asking for new one every season/every other season??
Any ideas??
