Is it possible to edit the continental tournaments?

In the editor it is possible to edit or add on leagues to the different countries in the game, but is it also possible to edit fx Champions League?
I wanted to change the prize money in the different continental tournaments, but it doesn´t seem to be possible or am I wrong?

But how do I get to edit the Champions League in the pre-game editor?

I think you can download file on Google. Then, you need to load up the FM Editor and click on the 'competition' icon. Then, you need to select the 'add' icon and choose 'Add Lower Divisions and Cups to Existing Structure'. You can then search for the Champions League and edit its rules, format, teams, etc.
