my strikers are good only when they are substitutes...

Hi everybody,

I had a problem all the season. In 4-3-3, my starting striker (Kitala) didn't score goals, but when his substitute (Thiaré) replaced him, Thiaré scored. This situation was about 2 months.
So, I changed my starting striker and I started Thiaré.
Unfortunately, the situation has reversed. Thiaré don't score. And Kitala scores when he plays the last 20 minutes.
And I think it is not related to many spaces in end of match, because my starting striker has many situations, even at the beginning of the match. For example, alone against the goalkeeper, but he missed.

Any advices ???

I don't know if it work but I got some advices/tips;
Try Kitala in the starting line up at least 4-5 matches in a row if possible.
You could try him in an different kind of attacking role maybe even with lower CA/stars for it
You could also try to talk him for instance ''I know you haven't scored much but assists are just as important''
Or '' I have every faith for you get back in your scoring ways''

And last but not least it's common for strikers to sometimes go 8-10 matches without scoring.
I wouldn't worry too much as long as other players keep scoring and you keep winning.
