Fenerbahce is a (sleeping) Turkish giant who hasn't won a single cup since 2014. (Won the Turkish Cup this season irl) Also the club sits on a 225m debt in game and more in irl like most other Turkish clubs.

My aim is to clear the debt and reach 1 billion balance as quickly as possible.

Rules:

1. Not winning Turkish title any season = Game over.

2. Only buying players via scout recommendations.
Facilities:

Budget:

I got a huge transfer budget, 30+ m euros which i find pretty unrealistic considering the clubs finances. Mostly i will try to shine what i already have rather than going deep in the transfer market. Total wage budget is 46m.

Squad:

I think overall squad quality is sufficient for league title. Only position i am missing is an alternative RB.

I picked Pro player (Local) as past experience. Squad already doesn't like me. President expects nothing less from title. So no room for early season mistakes and we start with CL qualifiers. :)
CL Qualifiers

Well, it was easier than expected.

Summer Transfers

Outs

Total: 20,5m

Ins

- Vrsaljko, free RB altrnative.

- Three players from Germany. We scout based on positions. Germany is an additional focus as a country. Many young Turkish talents there.

- I knew Fabricio Diaz. Great talent in the game. Finding him with scouts was a pleasant surprise since he was playing in a league some way out of our focuses.

Total: 9,3

Reminder; I can only sign players recommended by scouts.

We are destroying everyone so far except City. Two crushing derby victories. Especially 6-1 against Trabzon.

New signing Pfeiffer is doing really well.

Fenerbahce’s situation is indeed challenging, but your goal to clear the debt and reach a 1 billion balance is ambitious! Focusing on youth development and scouting can yield great talent while staying within budget. Additionally, prioritizing performance in domestic cups can help generate revenue. Remember, strategic player sales can also balance the books, so it's a solid approach! Managing personal debt has always been a learning journey for me. As I explored various resources, I came across a helpful article from https://www.topessaywriting.org/samples/debt which offered insights into understanding debt and its impacts. This website provided clarity on how different types of debt affect financial health, allowing me to make more informed decisions in balancing my finances.
