FM 23 addons not working

I downloaded some addons (skin, logos, faces, ...) and moved them to the proper folder (Documents > Sports Interactive > Football Manager 2023 > graphics) as usual in the previous game versions, but these addons are not working and not reflected in the game after clearing the cache and reloading the skin. I tried exiting and reopening the game & restarting the computer but that did not solve the issue.

Any ideas?
