Can't find player in squad

I have a player at my club (checked with geniescout) but he isn't at my squadlist. My filters are totaly reseted... When I search his name, I can look at his profile (also assigned to my club). I'm playing a custom database on a verry low league level. I've checked the option to fill the playable clubs with players. But the players I can't see are 'real' players that were whitout a contract are that assigned automaticly to my club.
Any help?!
