Hi guys, I am new here and before starting something that I don't know if you are going to enjoy I thought I'd ask you if you think It's a good idea.

I've been looking for something new to do on FM (atleats for me) and I have had this crazy idea. I have seen people doing several Journeway Challenge across the world with custom databases or with default FM database, playing one team until win CL, rebuilds, Nation Build, etc but the most common i think is taking 1 team on the bottom of english football and take it to the top flight and domite the Prem and Champions.

So I thought why dont we mix a little bit of everything? Why dont we do a save starting on the bottom of British Football (Walles 2º tier following the leagues reputation when we start a new save) while our manager builds his onw career all the way up to win the Champions league?

Rules are simple:

I start with the lowest coach certification (i think is National C) because I dont think that a team in Britain (semipro or pro) will hire someone if he/she has no certification at all.

I will pick start on the team with lowest reputation and budget of Walles 2º tier (JD Cymru North/South)

I can only stay 3 seasons with the same team. At the end of the 3rd season I must resing and depending our performance i will be able to move to a team slightly better or slightly worse.
For example we are going to start on a team that will demand us to bravely fight againts relegation, if we achieve it we have 2 options stay or leave. If we leave we can move to a team on the same league or a league similar reputation (on this case will be 3º tier of Northern Ireland Lough41 Premier Intermediate) League that demands us maybe midtable
Or if we could get the board expectations then we have to choose other team with similar objectives or maybe even step back a little.

In this save I will load:
Walles ----> JD Cymru Premier, JD Cymru North/South
Northen Ireland ----> Danske Bank Premiership, Lough41 Championship, Lough41 Premier Intermediate League
Ireland-----> Premier Division, First Division
Scotland -----> cinch Premiership, cinch Championship, cinch League 1, cinch League 2
England ----> Premier Division, Sky Bet Championship, Sky Bet League One, Sky Bet League Two, Vanarama National League, Vanarama National League North/South

We will travel around all the brithis football from the bottom to the top.

So What are your thoughts about this? Is It too crazy? I think It could be a good experience.

Disclaimer
As you may have notice English is not my mother tong and one of the main reasons to do this is to practise my written English but i would to apologize if i have not been clear in my explanation at any point.
Welcome, fellow manager! Your idea for a journeyman save in Football Manager is intriguing. Starting with low certification in the Welsh second tier and moving up the British football ladder sounds like a challenging adventure.
