Has anyone ever done a piece on the best coaches etc. that lower league clubs can employ and train as the club progresses through the League? What I mean is: a list of coaches who have low current ability so that they will escape the attention of the higher leagues, but have high potential, so that they can grow with the club as they are trained.
Must be a young, having the minimum coaching course (National C), be Model Citizen, Model Professional, Professional, Perfectionist, Resolute and Media Handling Style of Evasive or Unflappable. It's rare to find someone like this which gonna accept work in LL.
The more coaching badges will get, the more the attributes will be increased which start to come under radar of bigger clubs and poach will start. I have lost many U19 managers because of this.
