I just recently tried to buy fmse 23 editor and I did it, but it happened to me that I forgot to change the country and I had time to pay and now the money went but I didn't get anything and paypal doesn't show anything that I was charged but my bank shows it.
I see 3 cancelled orders and 1 successful one between 3-5 September.
Normally the license is sent out automatically within a minute after successful purchase.
