Is FM the pc version on samsung galaxy book ?

Hello, as said in the title I would like to know if FM has it the pc version on samsung galaxy book Thank you for those who know. I saw that there is the xbox game pass on it, I looked at it is the console version so, but hence the possible question of having the pc version?

I play FM 23 on the galaxy book2 Pro and works good and as Cholismo63 says it would be the pc version on it.
