Avoiding the Sack

If things aren't going to well and you feel that your days are numbered and you are busy trying to turn things round is there anything you can do or say like to the board for example which will favor you and possibly keep you the job?

I don't think you can do anything to the board.

yeah you can interact with the board and ask for extra time!

yep, like Tom_BcFc said, if you go to

Boardroom Request -> Personal -> More time you can ask the board for extra time to rebuild the squad (like Roy Hodgson)

It only makes things worse. If the board believe in you they will give you time even if you dont ask for it. It only makes you look desperate.
