i knap, i make a career with latina, a serie c club in italy. with ur venom i got serie b and a in 2 seasons. in serie a i got great results in 1st season, europa legue with rly low investment. now in my second season in a, i see venom tactic perform worse, i'm in middle. let's be clear, it's an excellent result with my team, in fact the result of the first season in a was strange. now i want know, which of your tactics do you recommend to me to grow to become a top club? and if I can bother you further if you can give me some pointers to find ideal players for the various roles.
