Hi, I have just accepted the job as croatia manager along side my job as malmo fc manager in 2018, but i have notcied that i dont have an assistant report on the current croatian squad like you do when starting at a club. Why is this?

Well may seem abit stupid BUT have you checked to make sure you actually have an assistant yet?
yeah have an assistant manager and even sacked him and signed a new one just incase and still no player reports.
While managing a national squad, you do not get reports automatically. You have to assign your national team coaches or assistant manager to scout leagues or CL or other tournaments in order to get reports on the players.
This was the case in FM 2010, I have not yet accepted any national team coaching role in FM 2011.
